Android VPN Setup Guide

Configure your MoreVPN dedicated IP on your Android phone or tablet. WireGuard is recommended for speed and simplicity.

Android 12+ — L2TP not supported: Google removed native L2TP/IPsec support in Android 12. Use WireGuard or OpenVPN on all modern Android devices.

1. WireGuard (Recommended)

Step 1 Install WireGuard from the Google Play Store.

Step 2 Tap the blue + button and choose Scan from QR code.

Step 3 Scan the QR code from your order email, or tap Import from file and select the .conf file.

Step 4 Toggle the tunnel switch to connect. No username or password needed.

Step 1 Install OpenVPN Connect from the Play Store.

Step 2 Download the .ovpn config file from your order email to your phone.

Step 3 Open OpenVPN Connect, tap Upload File, and select the .ovpn file.

Step 4 Tap Add, enter your credentials if prompted, and connect.
