1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using MoreVPN services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
2. Service Description
MoreVPN provides dedicated static IP VPN subscriptions. Each subscription assigns you one dedicated IPv4 address at your chosen location. Supported protocols include WireGuard, OpenVPN, and L2TP/IPsec. Service is delivered digitally by email after payment confirmation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MoreVPN for:
- Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws
- Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content
- Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- Activities that degrade or damage our infrastructure
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Payments and Billing
- All fees are charged in USD at the time of purchase
- Monthly subscriptions (PayPal) renew automatically until cancelled
- Annual and multi-month plans are billed as a one-time payment
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- Payment processing is handled by PayPal, Stripe, or CoinPayments — we do not store card numbers
5. Refund Policy
24-Hour Compatibility Check
Because each dedicated IP is provisioned manually on a server reserved exclusively for you, we cannot offer standard 30-day refunds. Instead, we provide a 24-Hour Compatibility Check: test the service within 24 hours of delivery. If it doesn't work for you, we'll refund 50% — the other 50% covers the initial server setup and IP reservation cost. If you're unsure about compatibility, email us before ordering and we'll advise honestly.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of service delivery
- Refund amount: 50% of the amount paid for the first billing period

- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the original USD value
6. Service Availability
- We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible
- We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers or force majeure events
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service with reasonable notice
7. Dedicated IP Assignment
- Your assigned IP is dedicated solely to you for the duration of your subscription
- IP addresses are not guaranteed to remain unchanged if server infrastructure changes
- Location changes after provisioning may incur a setup fee — contact support
8. Privacy and No-Logs
We maintain a strict no-logs policy for your VPN traffic. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Intellectual Property
All MoreVPN content, brand assets, and software are owned by MoreVPN. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreVPN is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- To cancel a PayPal subscription, do so directly in your PayPal account
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
