Windows VPN Setup Guide

Follow these steps to configure your MoreVPN dedicated IP on Windows 10 or 11. WireGuard is the recommended method — fastest and simplest.

1. WireGuard (Recommended)

Step 1 Download and install WireGuard for Windows.

Step 2 Open WireGuard and click Import tunnel(s) from file.

Step 3 Select the .conf file from your order email.

Step 4 Click Activate to connect. No username or password needed.

Step 1 Download and install OpenVPN Connect for Windows.

Step 2 Open OpenVPN Connect, click File, and browse to your .ovpn config from your order email.

Step 3 Click Add, then toggle the connection switch.

Step 4 Enter your credentials if prompted, then connect.

Step 1 Open Settings → Network & Internet → VPN.

Step 2 Click Add a VPN connection.

Step 3 Set VPN provider to Windows (built-in).

Step 4 Connection name: MoreVPN.

Step 5 Server: enter your assigned IP from the order email.

Step 6 VPN type: L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key. Pre-shared key: morevpn.

Step 7 Sign-in info: Username and password. Enter your credentials and click Save.

Step 8 Click the connection in the VPN list and press Connect.
