Why a standard Taiwan plan struggles from China

At China’s evening peak, our standard Taiwan servers took 199 to 369 ms to reach China’s carriers, and lost up to 56% of data on the way. Lost data has to be sent again, which is what makes video freeze and uploads stall.

How do I order China-Optimized VPN?

Pick a location on this page, pay online, and we email your setup file. No enquiry form needed.

Is this included with a standard Taiwan, Malaysia or Thailand plan?

No. Choose the product explicitly labelled China Optimized. Standard plans provide a dedicated IP under their ordinary network setup. Taiwan High Speed is also a separate product; its name alone does not mean China optimisation is included.

Will the IP still be in the country I choose?

The service provides a dedicated datacenter exit IP for the location you order. China optimisation concerns the connection from China; it does not change the selected exit into a residential IP.

How much faster is it than a standard plan?

In our Malaysia test, the round trip to China Mobile dropped from about 390 ms on the standard network to 46 ms on the China-Optimized network, and Telecom and Unicom improved by a similar margin. Your own result still depends on your carrier, device and time of day, so we don’t promise a fixed speed.

Will it work with Shopee, TikTok or my work tools?

Suitability depends on the platform and its IP policies. Our exit IPs are datacenter-hosted. We do not guarantee platform approval, account eligibility or uninterrupted livestreams.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we refund 50% of your first billing period. The rest covers your server setup. Crypto payments are not refundable.
