Before logging in
Connect the intended configuration, check its public exit IP, then open the store. Avoid switching between stores without checking the active connection.
When adding staff
Order enough simultaneous connections. Ask support for the device configurations; do not use the same single-connection profile on several devices at once.
When access changes
Contact support about replacing or revoking the affected configuration. Track each subscription’s renewal separately to keep its IP active.
Connecting from mainland China?

How do I get a separate IP for each store?
Order a separate dedicated-IP subscription for each IP you need. Choose the required country for each subscription. For example, three stores needing different exit IPs require three subscriptions; adding devices to one subscription keeps the same exit IP.
Can a local IP help me set up a store in another market?
A country-specific VPN gives you an exit IP for that location when accessing a platform that permits datacenter VPNs. It does not provide a local company, address, phone number, bank account or proof of residency, and it cannot establish your eligibility to register a store.
Can several staff members use the same store IP?
Yes. One subscription includes one active connection. Add simultaneous connections at checkout for staff using separate devices at the same time. All those connections share the same exit IP and the plan’s traffic allowance. More than five simultaneous connections needs a custom assessment.
Can different browser profiles use different IPs on one computer?
Not automatically. A normal device-wide VPN connection usually changes the route for the device’s apps together. Separate browser profiles alone do not assign separate VPN routes. Simultaneous different IPs need separate devices or a separately configured network environment.
Does a separate IP prevent stores or accounts being linked?
No. A separate exit IP provides a consistent network assignment; it does not isolate all aspects of the device or account. Platforms apply their own account and access rules. We do not guarantee approval, protection from restrictions or permission to operate multiple accounts.
Will the IP stay the same when I renew?
Your assigned IP stays the same across reconnects and renewals while the service remains active. Keep each IP’s subscription paid before expiry; expired addresses can be released. A server or upstream network failure can occasionally require an IP change.
Do you provide a multi-IP dashboard or consolidated billing?
The standard offer is separate subscriptions for separate IPs, each with its own renewal. Setup files, guides and ticket support are included. Multi-IP bundles, consolidated billing and special staff access arrangements require an agreed business quote; they are not included automatically.
What if I connect from mainland China?
An ordinary country plan does not automatically include China optimisation. Use the separate China-Optimized VPN page for the Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand China-focused packages, and choose the correct product before payment.
